1. How long does it take for an order to arrive at my door? If the book(s) are in stock, and we receive your request prior to 3:00 o'clock Central Standard time, we deliver your parcel to the post office the same day as the request is made. Canada Post delivery standards state that parcels mailed within the province of Saskatchewan will take up to 3 business days to be delivered; between provinces - up to 4 business days. It is our experience that Canada Post delivery is often faster than their stated standards. 2. The piece of music I ordered is permanently-out-of-print. Can I photocopy my teacher's copy? Although a piece of music may no longer be printed, the copyright is still held by a publisher. Only the publisher can grant permission to photocopy. The name of the publisher is usually printed on the music. Cobb Swanson Music will be happy to give you contact numbers so that you can request an authorized photocopy. Usually the request must be in writing stating the intended use, the name of the piece and the composer. 3. Do you ship to the U.S.? Yes, we will mail to the United States; minimum charge is $8.00 Canadian. No Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to shipments to the US. Please contact us for a quote. |
